RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied please let us know.

With your receipt, we will provide you a full refund (minus shipping) within ten (10) business days, otherwise you will receive a store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. The original tags must also be attached to the item. We cannot provide a refund or exchange for any seasonal, sale items, or damaged items through normal wear and tear, all sales are final.

 If your item is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within twenty-four (24) hours so that we may replace it.

 

You can return a product 2 ways.

1. You can return it in our store at 316 S. State St, Abbeville, La 70510.

2. You may send us an email letting us know you would like to return or exchange your item and we will gladly help you.

 

Sale Items are FINAL and can not be returned. We apologize for the inconvenience. 


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 5 business days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
